What does it really mean to have another woman’s back?

After a simple interaction with another woman while walking outside after dark, I started thinking about the small ways we create safety for one another—and why those small actions matter.

This week on Pause Reset Unplugged, we’re talking about sisterhood, physical and emotional safety, creating safe spaces, and supporting each other without losing ourselves in the process.

Having your sister’s back doesn’t mean becoming responsible for her life. You can care, listen, check in, and show up while still maintaining healthy boundaries.

This week, ask yourself: Who has my back? Whose back do I have? And have I created relationships where support can go both ways?
