Pause. Reset.

Pause Reset Brunch originated from a personal journey and countless conversations with fellow women. I was in constant motion, oblivious to the gradual decline in my health. It took a friend to point out that I needed therapy and a personal transformation because the effects were visible on the outside. What surprised me was that I wasn't alone in this struggle; many other women were trapped in a similar hamster wheel.

Originally, Pause Reset Brunch was intended to be a one-time event in 2019, featuring a panel of remarkable women led by an exceptional moderator. The decision to continue this endeavor was triggered by a heartfelt moment when a woman in the audience shared her story, bringing tears to my eyes. She had been merely existing since her husband's passing almost a year prior, going to work and coming home. It was her journey towards rediscovering life that made me realize the true value of Pause Reset Brunch, even if it helped just one individual. Pause Reset Brunch has now evolved into a movement that serves as a reminder to all women about the significance of pausing and resetting.

Since then, the monthly Pause Reset Brunch podcast was introduced in 2021 and is now available for download on this website, as well as on Spotify and iTunes under Pause Reset Brunch. This podcast has provided me with a fantastic opportunity to connect with women from all around the world.

But why stop there? I decided to take it a step further by introducing Pause Reset Unplugged, which is launched on a weekly basis. Pause Reset Unplugged offers a unique twist as it provides a platform for me to freely express my thoughts and share the vibrant sounds of soca, reggae, and dancehall music. You can tune in to Pause Reset Unplugged on YouTube by visiting the channel "Natalie Francis-Clarke."
